Tutu

I made this Tutu for a friend!! I really liked the puffiness of it and the way it turned out....I just wished I would have gotten a more dominant accent color! I got the tutorial HERE.....Thanks Beth!!!

Ruffle Dresses

I made these cute little ruffle dresses. The first one was kind of a tester to figure out the measurements...and it turned into more of a shirt that a dress but still cute! The second was her valentines day dress....I like the way it turned out, but still need to figure out some measurements to make it better. I made them up on my own with inspiration from HERE. Eventually I hope to be that good and make clothes that cute! This was my first time experimenting with elastic thread and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! It's really easy...and really finishes things off.

Bow Skirt

I LOVE this skirt....Colins grandma gave me a bunch of her scrap fabric she never uses! I am so excited for it!! I started making this skirt and when colin saw the fabric i was using he just laughed and said its really outdated! True, but I think it turned out sooo cute when it all came together! I got the pattern from HERE on etsy. It's a perfect cute skirt for a little toddler!!!

Tag blankie

Mayli LOVES tags....i dont know why...funny girl! on toys, she always goes for the tag :) So i thought I would make this little blankie with tag ribbons....i just sort of made it up. Ive seen it places and thought it shouldn't be too hard, and it wasn't. She likes it ok, but still prefers real tags! haha. Out of the same fabric I made a little dress for Monica (using the same pattern as the apple n pears dress)

Apples n' Pears

This is the second dress I made found from THIS tutorial! So Easy and cute! I LOVE the fabric: ) It was the first time I tried gathering....not hard at all!

Knot Dress

This was the first dress I sewed....i bought this pattern off of etsy....it's a reversible dress. I think it turned out cute considering it was my very first sewing project ever! I would have made it longer though....so it would really be like a dress...instead of more like a shirt on Mayli.

New Blog!

Sooo I decided to start a new blog with all of my sewing creations! This way I can keep track and document all the fun stuff I've been able to do and not bore people at the same time on my regular blog! I'm really excited for it: ) Thanks to my awesome sister for designing it! She does all my blog upkeep....makes me feel important....like i have a manager or something....hahah. But I'm really excited for it so check back often to see what I've been up to!!!
